2018 Vinedo de los Vientos "Anarkia" Tannat - The wine is unique, especially in Uruguay, as it has zero sulfur added. Bright and silky with medium acidity and robust tannins. This wine is a true diamond in the rough.
2016 Double Canyon Cabernet Sauvignon Heaven Hill - The soft and supple mouthfeel is supported by sweet oak tannins and fresh fruit character, finishing with a juicy acidity that is characteristic of Horse Heaven Hills.
2016 Seven Falls Merlot - This is what I enjoy out of a Merlot, ripe cherry, wild raspberry, blackberry fruits with just a touch of cocoa nib and tobacco leaf. Nicely balanced, full, well rounded texture, red berry fruits backed by smooth tannins.
2017 Domaine Vallot Cotes du Rhone - All organic and biodynamically produced in the AOP of Ventoux. The wines aromas are classically Rhone w/ notes of black cherry, bramble berry, raspberry, earthy mushroom and garrigue. Vibrant, fresh, tense palate of fruit with a mingling of white peppery spice.
2018 Maison L'Envoye Morgon Cote de Py - A beautiful, plush mouthfeel of dark red berry fruits framed by a savory texture of minerality and has complex soft finish. An excellent fall wine that has finesse and balance, yet the structure to handle roasted turkey, Muscovy duck breast or wild pheasant w/ mushrooms.
2018 Kings Ridge Pinot Noir - The palate has a tight nit package of red berry flavors, taut structure with savory acidity and fine grained tannins for backbone. A perfect wine for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday.
